Felice dos Santos

Posted on 29th September 2010

Felice dos Santos is a Mozambican singer who sings about shit and sanitation. His lyrics include “Let’s wash our hands for the children to stay healthy, for the uncles to stay healthy, for the mothers to stay healthy, we build latrines.” Catchier perhaps in Portuguese or local languages. Anyway still a major hero. CNN features some of his songs here.
