Book availability

Due to an ongoing, er, difference of opinion between Amazon.com and Macmillan, my publishers, my book is currently not available directly from Amazon.com (but is still available from amazon.co.uk). However, American would-be buyers can still get it simply and easily by going to www.bn.com instead. From here, to be precise. Or of course by using a local book-shop.
