I spoke recently at the School of International Studies at the Johns Hopkins University in Washington DC. The event was co-hosted by the Wilson Center – or the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, to give it its full title – and was the last event in the SAIS/Wilson Center Year of Water. My conversational partner for the talk was Geoff Dabelko, director of the Wilson Center’s Environmental Change and Security Program, and the whole thing was recorded and is available here.
